stabilization . in the filling method, barrel right after washing transport  to covey barrel screw.

barrel to filling method.  When the filling cylinder satisfy journey change,  cylinder moves
down to open up filling valve.  Filling valve commence to fill. Following filling , cylinder meet with journey
change again and go up. Filling valve shut. The barrel following filling export by star-wheel.
